Nutritional therapy is an evidenced based approach to maximising one’s health potential through individually designed nutritional and lifestyle changes. It promotes the benefits of real, local where possible unprocessed food for optimal wellbeing as well as the therapeutic use of foods and lifestyle changes in addressing specific health issues. Nutritional therapy believes that a stressful lifestyle, deficient diet, and too much of the wrong sort of foods and other toxic substances, are the cause of most chronic conditions found today. Based on solid scientific principles and the latest research, nutritional therapy uses foods and nutrients to alleviate disease and strengthen vitality.
Nutritional Therapy can be effective with or without conventional medicine depending on the client and the condition.
